Sloaneshorey in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Intelligence Analyst to join our regional team. You will perform enhanced due diligence, open-source and human intelligence research, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior clients.

You will work across private equity, financial institutions and corporates, developing investigative skills, briefing clients, and contributing to proposals. Fluency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language is required.

Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of at least one Southeast Asian language.
  • 1–3 years of post-graduate experience in corporate intelligence, investigations, journalism, government or related analytical field.
  • Experience conducting complex open‑source research using professional databases (LexisNexis, Factiva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with language‑specific databases, local media sources and public records.
  • Solid understanding of financial, commercial and legal concepts and their interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute enhanced due diligence, corporate intelligence and investigative assignments for clients.
  • Conduct open-source and human intelligence‑led research across pre‑transaction due diligence and political risk.
  • Research high‑risk individuals and complex corporate structures to identify reputational and regulatory risks.
  • Analyze and synthesize large information into concise written reports and client briefings.
  • Support business development by preparing proposals, research plans and client presentations.
  • Contribute to expanding the Asia‑based human source network.

Corporate Intelligence Analyst, Singapore

Join a leading global corporate intelligence firm advising private equity investors, financial institutions and multinational corporations on high‑profile transactions and complex business decisions across Asia.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of enhanced due diligence, investigative and geopolitical assignments, combining open‑source research with human intelligence to deliver meaningful insights on some of the region's most challenging and commercially significant issues.

It is an excellent opportunity for an intellectually curious individual looking to develop first‑class investigative, analytical and client‑facing skills within a collaborative, international team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute enhanced due diligence, corporate intelligence and investigative assignments for private equity firms, private banks and multinational corporations.
  • Conduct complex open‑source and human intelligence‑led research across pre‑transaction integrity due diligence, political risk, market entry assessments and other bespoke investigative projects.
  • Research high‑risk individuals, politically exposed persons and complex corporate structures, identifying reputational, regulatory, sanctions and other integrity‑related risks.
  • Analyse and synthesise large volumes of information into clear, concise written reports and verbal briefings for senior management and clients.
  • Support business development by preparing proposals, research plans and client presentations.
  • Contribute to the expansion and development of the firm's Asia‑based human source network.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, together with at least one Southeast Asian language.
  • Approximately 1‑3 years of full‑time post‑graduate experience in corporate intelligence, investigations, journalism, government, strategic advisory or another relevant analytical discipline.
  • Experience conducting complex open‑source research using platforms such as LexisNexis, Factiva and other specialist databases.
  • Strong familiarity with language‑specific databases, local media sources and public records.
  • A sound understanding of financial, commercial and legal concepts, with the ability to interpret complex information and exercise sound judgement.
