Job summary

hudson rpo (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to drive renewal growth for the Broking Channel and strengthen relationships with corporate intermediaries in Singapore.

You will pro-actively schedule meetings, provide renewal terms, support underwriting profitability, and work with internal teams to resolve servicing matters while meeting CPD requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years related industry experience.
• Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Ability to achieve renewal growth targets for the Broking Channel and other KPIs.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with assigned intermediaries to service and grow existing corporate accounts.
• Pro-actively set appointments and meet intermediaries with regular meetings and engagement activities.
• Provide timely renewal status information and renewal growth data for reporting and forecasting.
• Provide timely renewal terms or sales proposals for new lines of cover on existing accounts.
• Ensure timely submission of renewal data and liaise with internal operations to resolve servicing matters.
• Follow up on outstanding policy premium collection to ensure credit control compliance.
• Pitch and deliver corporate sales presentations with intermediaries and conduct Employee Communication Sessions.
• Participate in scheduled sales training and CPD activities to ensure Fit & Proper.
• Undertake other projects such as product/service enhancements and market analysis.
