Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with professional insurance qualifications.
• Experience in corporate insurance broking for construction, property and casualty, and data centre risks.
• Strong client servicing, communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Singapore's statutory insurance requirements.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with corporate clients and insurers, providing responsive service and support.
• Assess clients’ insurance requirements and assist in recommending suitable coverage for construction, property and casualty risks, including data centre-related exposures.
• Prepare insurance quotations, proposals and policy documentation, liaising with insurers to obtain appropriate coverage and competitive terms.
• Support policy renewals, insurance placement and claims submissions, following up to ensure timely resolution of client matters.
• Address client enquiries and coordinate with insurers and relevant stakeholders to resolve coverage issues and maintain compliance with statutory insurance requirements.
