Charterhouse Partnership, based in Singapore, seeks a Senior Manager for M&A Corporate Finance to lead transactions across regions. You will report to the Head of Department and drive strategic value creation, JV and partnership deals, while overseeing governance and financial oversight.

The role requires 7–10 years of deals experience, a strong track record in investment banking or Big 4 advisory, and hands-on leadership of cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of corporate finance, M&A deals, or valuations experience.
• Proven track record within investment banks and/or Big 4 deals corporate finance/valuations grounding.
• Knowledge and experience in business valuation and financial modelling.
• Strong project management skills, organized with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Experience leading geographically and culturally diversified teams.

Responsabilités

• Originate and execute strategic value creation initiatives with new regional growth businesses.
• Build and manage portfolio businesses from ground zero.
• Develop and analyse new business cases for M&A, JVs and strategic partnerships.
• Support governance, reporting, budgets and relationship management.
• Launch new markets and drive partnerships with potential for ownership.
