• Prepare corporate announcements, project updates and communication materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams on corporate presentations, tenders and submissions.
• Support public consultation, government agency liaison and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage company credentials, track records, case studies and project profiles.
• Support ESG, sustainability, WSH and corporate reporting requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, townhalls and internal communications.
• Maintain crisis communications, media and stakeholder communication materials.
• Work with HR, Finance, Project and Tender teams on corporate initiatives.

Job description

• Position: Corporate Communications Manager (Built Environment)
• Location: Tuas South Street (Company Transport Provided - Buona Vista/ Tuas Area)
• Working Hours: 5 days a week - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction / Engineering / Built Environment

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate affairs, communications and branding initiatives.
• Manage company website, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture and career pages.
• Prepare corporate announcements, project updates and communication materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams on corporate presentations, tenders and submissions.
• Support public consultation, government agency liaison and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage company credentials, track records, case studies and project profiles.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs or stakeholder management.
• Experience in construction, engineering or built environment will be advantageous.
• Strong writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to prepare corporate profiles, tender write-ups, announcements and business materials.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and digital content tools.
• Experience managing websites, LinkedIn or corporate digital channels will be advantageous.
• Organised, hands-on and able to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.
