Euroclear is seeking an EB Operations Analyst in Corporate Actions to manage all types of mandatory and voluntary events, ensuring flawless processing and excellent client service across asset classes including fixed income, equities, ETFs and more.

You will work with internal teams and external agents, handle reconciliation, and contribute to ongoing efficiency improvements while maintaining high accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Actions or strong understanding of Financial Services.
• Independent and proactive with a high level of proficiency in processes.
• Able to cope with high volume while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle custody instructions promptly and efficiently for client accounts.
• Credit proceeds accurately to client accounts and reconcile cash and securities.
• Collaborate with internal and external agents to serve clients" interests and identify efficient solutions.
• Continuously improve process efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries from the client service team with clear information.
