Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Core Ops Corporate Actions Analyst to support the operational lifecycle of corporate actions and maintain high‑quality reference data across markets. The role requires collaboration with Investment, Trading, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

The analyst will manage data quality, risk mitigation, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and timely service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Actions event management including mandatory and voluntary events.
• Experience in Reference Data, Security Master, asset setup, market data attributes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with custodians, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, research, analyze, and process corporate action events across global markets.
• Review event notifications and information to determine requirements and downstream impacts.
• Assess impacts across accounting, valuation, reporting, tax, and reference data.
• Coordinate elections, entitlement processing, and event execution within deadlines.
• Develop working knowledge across Corporate Actions and Reference Data domains.
