A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Corporate Accountant in Ship Management. The role involves managing full set accounts including closing monthly accounts and preparing reporting packages. Key responsibilities also include GST reporting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting audit teams. This position is crucial for ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and will require collaboration with finance teams.

Formación

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly closing and reporting packages.
• GST reporting and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set accounts, including Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables.
• In charge of closing the monthly accounts.
• Prepare reporting package for Head Office.
• Responsible for statutory GST reporting.
• Monitor and prepare daily cash flow reports.
• Involve in inter-company fund transfers to ensure liquidity.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts, including Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Intercompany Reconciliation.
• In charge of closing of the monthly accounts.
• In charge of preparing reporting package for Head Office.
• Responsible for statutory GST reporting.
• Responsible for the monitoring and preparation of daily cash flow reports.
• Involve in the inter-company fund transfer to ensure liquidity of the company and ensure that inter-company balances are reconciled at month end.
• In charge of accounts payables & accounts receivables
• Ensure that the accounting process and procedures are in compliance with the companys policies.
• Support the finance & accounts teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to facilitate smooth auditing processes.
