Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. in Singapore seeks an experienced and self-driven Accountant to support the Accounts Manager and manage the full set of accounts with tight reporting deadlines.

You will consolidate group reporting, perform intercompany reconciliations, provide financial analysis and insights, and liaise with auditors. GST and statutory filings will be part of the role, with system implementation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience handling full set of accounts for multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting terminology and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidation reports.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and consolidation adjustments.

• Approve documents within ERP system per workflow processes.
• GST reviews and submissions.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Accountant for one of our shipowner clients. This role supports the Accounts Manager and is responsible for all areas relating to preparation and review of financial reporting with a tight deadline. This position will be responsible for ensuring timely reporting in compliance with accounting principles, practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of group consolidation report
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and consolidation adjustments
• Provide financial analysis, variance explanations and key insights
• Approve documents within ERP system as per workflow processes
• GST reviews and submission
• Act as key liaison with auditors for group and entity-level audits
• Coordinate audit timelines and resolve audit queries efficiently
• Draft financial statements, audit reports and notes to accounts
• Support annual return and statutory filing processes
• Preparation of tax schedules and assist in the replies to tax agent for corporate tax filings
• Assist in preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Assist in system implementationProvide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• 5 years of working experience in accounting role handling multiple full set of accounts for different entities
