Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage operations across multiple projects, including 24-hour operations. You will activate standby personnel, handle rostering, visit sites, and ensure project deliverables meet specifications islandwide.

The role also involves monthly reporting, invoicing, and supporting recruitment and logistics. A diploma in engineering and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
• Able to travel to multiple locations.
• Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day on weekdays).
• A hands-on worker for physical tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of various projects (including 24-hour operation projects).
• Coordinate multiple projects and activate standby personnel as needed.
• Rostering for operations and ensuring KPIs across projects are met.
• Visit project sites to ensure deliverables meet specs islandwide.
• Prepare and submit monthly attendance and work reports with clients for approval.
• Prepare and submit invoices to clients for payment processing.
• Assist recruitment manager with project recruitment and interview arrangements.
• Collect feedback on staff performance with clients.
• Arrange logistics for projects as needed.
• Plan and execute project budgets.
• Perform hands-on work during staff absence.
• Motivate and supervise assigned staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of various projects (Including 24-hour operation Projects)
• Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects
• Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project
• Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care
• Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)
• Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval
• Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing
• Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements.
• Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client
• Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project.
• Planning and executing project budgets.
• Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff
• Motivating and supervising assigned staff.
