Job summary

SSANGYONG-WAI FONG JOINT VENTURE in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to lead M&E coordination on-site. You will interpret technical designs, coordinate services and integrate civil, architectural and M&E works with authorities.

You will plan and monitor schedules, provide technical guidance, and report progress to stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, time, cost, and quality targets. Prior construction experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Min. 8 years of relevant experience after obtaining a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferred Candidates with LTA/PUB project experience.
• Prior experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site.
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare drawings for submission.
• Coordinate integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with Authorities and SWC (system-wide contractors).
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules.
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues.
• Report the progress of M&E works and arrange site inspections with contractors and clerk-of-works.

• Reporting the progress of M & E works and arranging site inspections with system-side contractors, sub- contractors and clerk-of-works.
