Job summary

beIN MEDIA GROUP is launching the Channel Operations Associate Program in APAC, inviting fresh graduates with a passion for sports entertainment to join as Coordinators for Channels Operations. You will coordinate live content recording, liaise with play-out partners, and support broadcasts across multiple sports events.

Be prepared to manage playlists, emergency activations, and live-event coordination with production and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate content recording for the channels within stipulated timelines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as play-out partner and content providers for smooth delivery of content, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer care.
• Manage playlists and TX suites during coverage of Livesports events (especially Tennis, Formula 1 racing, Football, Padel, Rugby, etc.).
• Prepare and manage the activation of all emergency material in the event of cancellation, interruption, or bad weather conditions.
• Coordination with production teams, MCR & technical departments during Live events.
• Perform quality check and update of programs into the scheduling system.
• Monitor the captioning requirements of the channels in applicable markets.
• Trouble-shoot and minimize impact in cases of unforeseen circumstances not limited to extension and cancellation of events, as well as transmission issues.
• Document quality standards, system anomalies, operational procedures and reference materials.
• Optimize and seek efficiencies in workflow and resource utilization with internal and external stakeholders.
• Uphold service delivery standards to achieve accuracy, consistency, and excellence.
