Job summary

SEETHO CONTRACTING SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules. You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to maintain smooth trades flow and strict safety practices on site.

The role requires strong ability to read technical drawings, manage schedules, order materials, and track progress, while maintaining accurate daily reports and RFIs for project teams.

• Ensure all work sites adhere to safety standards (e.g., PPE usage), conduct safety briefings, and report violations.
• Resolve technical issues and logistical bottlenecks on-site.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, and site operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience managing schedules, ordering materials, and tracking project progress.
