Job summary

WEE HUR CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Drafting Co-ordinator to support architectural or M&E projects. The role focuses on producing BIM drawings from Revit, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring BIM standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

The candidate should have a degree in Architecture or Engineering and 2-3 years of BIM drafting experience, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering required.
• 2-3 years' BIM Drafting experience (Architectural or M&E) preferred.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit) and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Produce and manage BIM drawings from Revit; ensure data transmission to all parties.
• Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality management through BIM records, analysis, and improvement actions.
• Convert AutoCAD drawings to 3D models; maintain BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD).
• Supervise site works per quality and EHS requirements.
• conduct inspections and facilitate handing over to achieve customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM scores.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by PM to support project execution.

a) Report to the Manager/Team leader as shown in the organization chart. Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues.
• Production and maintaining of drawings from BIM (Revit) model and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved.
• Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.
• For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.
• Transform AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings.
• Ensure BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) are followed.
• Supervise site works according to the quality and EHS requirements.
• Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.
• Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.
