Job summary

Gusta Sourdough Pizza Co in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic and motivated kitchen staff to join a young, dynamic team. You will prepare mis-en-place, execute recipes, and maintain high sanitation and safety standards in all kitchen areas.

Ideal candidates are passionate about cooking, curious to learn new skills, and proactive in giving feedback. English proficiency, weekend availability, and at least a certificate or diploma are required, with 3+ years of kitchen experience preferred.

Qualifications

• O Level, Diploma or Nitec/Professional certificate required.
• Min 3 years of kitchen experience preferred.
• Candidate must have right to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions
• Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to deliver consistency of food
• Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety throughout all kitchen areas at all time
• Ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen’s hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures
• Perform stock taking, stock control, stock ordering
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Manage and maintain hygiene standards as per SFA requirements
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors

• Salary: $3,300.00 - $3,600.00 per month depending on experience
