Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients as per recipes, including measuring and portioning.
• Wash, peel, and trim fresh vegetables and fruits; weigh and measure ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Test to ensure foods are cooked through and safe for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and tools.
