Job summary

AL ZOUQ FOODS & CATERER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced kitchen Cook to prepare meals and support daily operations in Singapore. You will handle hot and cold food preparation, portioning, plating, and ensure food quality and hygiene standards.

You will work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen, operate equipment like slicers, mixers, grinders, and assist with inventory, purchasing, and guiding junior staff alongside the restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
• Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 years experience.

  Assist in monthly inventory counts and record food wastages.
  Ensure proper hygiene practices are followed at all times and ensure proper storage methods are followed.
