MKS Controls & Automation Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced PLC/SCADA engineer to support plant expansion projects, install and commission automation systems, and maintain life safety configurations.

The role requires 5+ years in PLC/SCADA, Siemens S7-400, Wonderware ArchestrA, and Profibus troubleshooting, with a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. On‑call and rotating shifts are expected.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of PLC and SCADA development and maintenance experience.
• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Involve in the installation of new Equipment’s during plant expansion.
• Carry out Equipment improvements projects and modifications.
• Manage Projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• PLC Programming of Life Safety Systems configurations.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed reports.
• Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in PLC & SCADA developments and Maintenance
• Familiar with Automation and Control engineering
• Strong Knowledge in Siemens PLC S7-400 CPU and redundant system configuration
• Strong knowledge in Wonderware ArchestrA SCADA system
• Proficiency in Profibus communication and troubleshooting
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or above
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
• Strong personality with a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work rotating shift and perform overtime on weekdays & weekends.
• On call support during and after office hours.
