Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is seeking a Contracts & Procurement Manager (M&E) to oversee contract administration, procurement coordination, cost monitoring and commercial risk management for data centre and commercial projects in Singapore and Malaysia.

You will review contracts, coordinate tender docs, track costs and liaise with project teams, vendors and legal advisors to address contractual issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or related field; diploma with relevant experience considered.
• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Electrical engineering project experience preferred; data centre/commercial exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Coordinate tender documentation, evaluate supplier proposals and assist with commercial assessments.
• Track contract performance, project costs, variations and contractual risks.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, site personnel, vendors and legal advisors.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, payment records, insurance policies and performance bonds.
• Coordinate contractual close-out and participate in post-project reviews.
