Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the management of contracts and subcontracts for high‑reliability electrical engineering projects in Singapore and Malaysia.

You will review and negotiate agreements, support tenders, monitor performance and risks, and ensure accurate documentation across multiple teams. • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Experience with electrical projects; data centre or commercial project experience is an advantage.

• Support tender activities, including bid preparation and supplier proposal evaluation.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, variations, costs and potential risks.
• Work closely with project, engineering, procurement and site teams to resolve contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, including payment records, insurance and performance bonds.
• Liaise with vendors, legal advisors and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Support contract close-out and post-project reviews to improve future processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Experience with electrical projects ; data centre or commercial project experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and BCA requirements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering concepts is an advantage.
