Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Contracts/Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts, procurement, and claims for residential projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance, resolve disputes, and drive cost control across HDB, condo, and landed developments.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction/Quantity Surveying with 5+ years of experience in contract handling, strong knowledge of construction law, and excellent negotiation and risk assessment skills.

Qualifications
