Job summary

Gammon-India-Limited in Singapore seeks a Project Commercial Manager to lead the project commercial team, drive margins and ensure timely reporting across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a strong background in quantity surveying or building science, with at least 10 years in construction, and a solid grasp of contract law and tendering processes. M&E exposure is a plus and a proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Science.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar construction role.
• Knowledge of contract law and tender requirements.
• M&E experience is an advantage.
• Meticulous with strong numeracy and commercial sense.
• Excellent teamwork and a can-do attitude.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Meticulous, strong in numeracy and contract & commercial acumen
