Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is hiring a Cost Controller/Quantity Surveyor to oversee financial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-tender to post-contract.

You will handle quantities, cost estimates, monthly claims, variations, and final accounts, and prepare budgeting and costing reports. The ideal candidate has a Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying degree and at least 1 year in construction, with knowledge of contract law.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction.
• Good understanding of contracts law and its application.
• Familiarity with contract forms such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC.
• Preferably conversant in CostX and/or Glodon Cubicost.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts.
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.
• Responsible for cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
• Review contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement.
• Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy.
