Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support our Logistics & Warehouse team.

The role moves finished lubricants and packaging materials safely and on time between the warehouse, plant and customers. You will perform inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, decanting, repacking, pallet wrapping and stock updates in SAP, ensuring accurate quantities and batch traceability while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience and safety awareness.
• Two years of hands-on warehouse experience.
• Experience with decanting, repacking or handling liquids is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Unstuff containers and receive finished products; verify quantities, batch numbers and condition against delivery documents.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, leaks or labelling errors and report discrepancies.
• Put away stock to correct locations following FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Pick, pack and palletise finished products according to orders.
• Check container condition and secure loads for shipments.
• Load finished products for collection and delivery with correct quantities and batch numbers.
• Carry out product decanting and ensure correct labeling and traceability.
• Stretch/shrink wrap, label pallets for customer/export requirements.
• Carry out repacking and rework with accurate labels and batch codes.
