Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Tuas (with pickup) is hiring for a warehouse role with a monthly base salary of SGD 3,300–3,500 plus SGD 250 transport allowance. Working Monday–Friday, office hours, you will manage raw materials, finished goods and packaging, and support SAP-based inventory records.

Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or GMP environments is preferred. You will follow SOPs, maintain safety standards and assist with shipping documentation and stock counts.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or GMP environments.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good inventory and documentation skills.
• Able to follow SOPs and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.
• Handle loading, shipments and shipping documentation.
• Perform material sampling and update inventory transactions in SAP.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, housekeeping and GMP and safety compliance.
