You will support the Manager and Team Lead in developing and implementing HR policies and programmes, collaborate with HR partners, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.

The role focuses on delivering HR services that align with SLA and KPIs, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, healthcare sector preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume activities and maintain data confidentiality.
• Contract duration of 1 year.

• Support Manager and Team Lead in policy, plan, and programme development and implementation.
• Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to provide HR services.

We are hiring Contract Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with company's policies and comply to all relevant legislation requirements.
• Deliver HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within company's HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, especially in the healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to commit to contract duration: 1 year
