Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. You will handle the full scope of QS duties, including material take-offs and variations, and provide estimating costs while administering contracts for renovation projects.

You will coordinate with the project team for cost estimation on additional works and ensure proper documentation of variation records, submitting accurate cost and time implications to clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year QS experience in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle full scope of QS duties including material take-off and variations.
• Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project team for cost estimation for any additional works.
• Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
• Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
