Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an Associate Production Planner (6 Months' Contract).

The role sits at our site near Pioneer MRT, with standard hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will prepare build plans and production schedules for customer orders and manage inventory replenishment for safety and consignment stocks. Candidates should hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s in SCM or Manufacturing and have 1–2 years in a planner role, preferably in

Qualifications

• Diploma or advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of planner experience in manufacturing; knowledge of semi equipment, contract manufacturing or general manufacturing is preferred.
• Lean/kaizen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the flow of materials, parts, finished goods and information to optimize cost and service level.
• Schedule production and coordinate across departments to expedite production.
• Distribute work orders with numbers, types and target completion dates.
• Report on progress, machine and equipment failures to inform delays.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean/kaizen participation and problem solving.
