Job summary

Housing and Development Board seeks a Contracts Manager to procure and manage construction projects. You will handle consultant/contractor procurement, manage contracts, payments, certificates, and budgets across multiple project stages.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a background in Building/Quantity Surveying or related disciplines. A 1+1 year contract is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Background in Building, Quantity Surveying, Project & Facilities Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Procure services of consultants and contractors for HDB projects; manage contracts and payment claims.
• Administer certificates, warranties, agreements; monitor project expenditure and cash flow projections.
• Oversee private QS consultants across design, tender, construction and post-construction stages; manage cost budgets and tender awards.
• Provide procurement and contractual advice and cost estimates for feasibility studies.
