Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to operate pilot plant processing, filling and packing for product trials and commercial runs.

You will ensure GMP, food safety and SOP compliance, manage equipment readiness, coordinate maintenance with Engineering, and review safety assessments.

With 3–5 years in process engineering or manufacturing operations, preferably in F&B, you will analyse data to improve planning and minimise disruptions.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Chemical, Food, Manufacturing Engineering or related.
• Min. 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of process optimisation, lean methodologies and food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate pilot plant processing, filling and packing activities for product trials and commercial runs.
• Ensure manpower, equipment and materials are ready while maintaining GMP, food safety and SOP compliance.
• Support equipment installation, qualification and production commissioning.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, inspections and calibration with the Engineering team.
• Review workplace safety assessments and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage packaging inventory, housekeeping, SOPs and operational documentation.
• Collect and analyse process data to improve planning and minimise disruptions.
