Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting a Contract Process Engineer (Food and Beverage) to support our Singapore operations. You will operate pilot plant processing, filling and packing activities for product trials and commercial runs, while ensuring GMP, SOP compliance and safety.

The ideal candidate has a min degree in Chemical, Food or Manufacturing Engineering and 3–5 years in process engineering or manufacturing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Min-degree in Chemical, Food, Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations, preferably in F&B.
• Knowledge of process optimisation, lean methodologies and food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000.

Aufgaben

• Operate pilot plant processing, filling and packing activities for product trials and commercial runs.
• Ensure manpower, equipment and materials are ready while maintaining GMP, food safety and SOP compliance.
• Support equipment installation, qualification and production commissioning.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, inspections and calibration with the Engineering team.
• Review workplace safety assessments and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage packaging inventory, housekeeping, SOPs and operational documentation.
• Collect and analyse process data to improve planning and minimise disruptions.

Salary: Up to $4,200 per month
