ASEAN Cableship Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager to prepare, review and negotiate customer contracts, subcontracts and service agreements for marine and offshore projects. Prepare, review and negotiate customer contracts, subcontracts, charter agreements, service agreements and other agreements.
Review customer contracts, tender terms and subcontracts for commercial, legal, technical, operational and marine-risk exposures.
Prepare contractual risk assessments, compliance lists, exceptions, qualifications and negotiation positions.
Ensure customer contract obligations are properly flowed down to subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.
Support bid submissions, tender management, supplier evaluation and external resource sourcing.
Administer contract variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
Support the resolution of contractual claims, disputes and commercial issues with customers and subcontractors.
Advise on contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
Track contractual deliverables, milestones, bonds, guaranty, insurance, payment securities and acceptance requirements.
Maintain contract records, registers, claims logs, variation logs and correspondence records.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
Min 5 years of experience in project management, especially larger projects with established firms;
Marine Construction or Offshore industry-related experience preferred;
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability;
Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Office, etc.
