Job summary

Pioneer is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Singapore for a 6-month contract. You will support daily warehouse operations, assist with inventory control, order fulfilment and delivery coordination while maintaining stock records.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting shipments, picking/packing orders, and ensuring safety and accuracy. Alternate Saturday mornings and a 44-hour work week apply, with a monthly salary up to SGD 2,400.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
• Able to perform physical warehouse duties
• Careful and accurate when handling stock and customer orders
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well with others
• Able to commit to a six-month contract
• Comfortable working alternate Saturday mornings
• Able to handle/carry items weighing up to 15kg

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the warehouse
• Assist with inventory control, order fulfilment and delivery coordination
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory counts
• Receive, unload and inspect incoming shipments
• Report damaged, incorrect or missing goods
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle and move goods safely within the warehouse
• Ensure orders are prepared according to delivery schedules
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor
