Job summary

Venture Corporation, a global EMS provider headquartered in Singapore, invites an Analyst, FP&A (Contract) to be based at the Marsiling GES site. This full-time contract initially spans at least six months, with potential conversion for the right candidate.

Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant finance reporting and analysis experience, preferably with manufacturing exposure.
Related Accounting/Finance Bachelor Degree or similar qualification.
Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement attitude.

Responsibilities

Perform financial reporting and analysis for Actual and Forecast data for the group of sites.
Analyse past and forecast data to identify root causes and partner with stakeholders on improvements.
Develop 5-year DCF plans to appraise fair value and engage auditors as needed.
Prepare monthly management reporting to Corporate and management.
Prepare and review Monthly Business Review slides for leadership.
Drive working capital management including inventory, AR, and AP analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned by Group Financial Controller.
