Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) in Singapore is seeking a finance support professional for a 6-month contract. The role involves fixed asset tagging and reconciliation, inventory reporting, control testing, and collaboration with external auditors. You will assist with capital asset acquisitions and month-end closing.

The position offers Mon-Fri office hours, located in Pasir Ris with islandwide pickup. Salary up to SGD 4,000 per month, with 6-month duration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fixed asset physical count, tagging and reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory reporting and adjustments.
• Assist with business control assessment and testing of controls.
• Work with external auditors on evaluation of controls and statutory audits.
• Assist with preparation of Capital asset acquisition request.
• Support the finance teams with accounts payable related tasks.
• Support the finance teams with book-keeping and month end closing.
