Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial strategy, controls and management information for the contract portfolio. The role requires working with CBRE Finance, Controllership, BSO and FP&A to deliver accurate reporting and insightful commentary.

The successful candidate will manage monthly contract reviews, develop P&L and balance sheet reporting, and drive efficiencies across service lines while partnering with business leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Chartered Accountant qualification adds advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision-making.
• Ability to shape, lead and influence senior managers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality client relationships across the contract(s).
• Partner with account management and client members as a business partner.
• Collaborate with CBRE Finance, Controllership, BSO or FP&A for ad hoc requests.
• Support bonus and annual salary review processes with BU F&CSM and People Team.
• Manage contract governance and ensure cost elements are accurately accounted for.
• Assist client teams with timely and accurate requests.
• Support CBRE transformation and client initiatives for alignment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
