A leading hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to manage and drive online revenue growth across its hotel portfolio. This role involves designing and implementing B2B and B2B distribution strategies, developing commercial action plans, and coordinating with local teams to ensure maximum performance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital commerce and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the hospitality sector. The position is fixed-term for a minimum of 6 months starting mid-January 2026.
The commercial department consists of 5 teams: E-commerce & Loyalty, Revenue Management & Sales strategy, Digital Experience, Business Intelligence and Retail. We are fully accountable for Topline performance, across all client segments.
We are looking to replace our Director E-Commerce South East Asia and Pacific for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems during her maternity/parental leave for a period of minimum 6 months starting Mid-January 2026. This fixed-term position is based in Singapore and reports to the VP E-commerce & Acquisition.
As Contract Director of E-commerce, your core mission is to drive online revenue growth by building and optimizing a high-performing digital ecosystem. You are accountable for achieving the annual online revenue targets for your region and hotel portfolio.
You will lead, empower and accelerate the region’s online business performance across all hotels. You will define and execute the regional digital commerce strategy, guide and inspire hotel E-commerce Directors and ensure every property maximizes its online visibility and revenue across both direct channels (brand.com, ALL.com, CRM, Loyalty) and indirect channels (OTAs, Metasearch, GDS, Bedbanks).
You will partner closely with global digital and marketing experts to enhance visibility, traffic and conversion across all platforms, ensuring the region consistently delivers best-in-class digital performance and commercial results.
Main KPIs are: Revenue, Net RevPAR, Direct vs. Indirect weight, Conversion rate, Contribution rate, App download, Content score, Rate parity
