Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a fixed-term role based in Singapore. You will support the Customer Service team by coordinating handover with the main contractor, perform 100% quality inspections of units, and certify readiness prior to possession.

You will also liaise on defect rectification timelines with contractors and residents, conduct joint inspections as needed, and help resolve owners’ complaints to ensure satisfactory outcomes during the handover process.

Qualifications

• Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Real Estate/Building.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service team in liaising with the main contractor to ensure handover kits are complete and on time.
• Conduct quality inspection of all units to identify defects and certify readiness before possession.
• Coordinate defect rectification timelines with the main contractor and owners, including joint inspections.
• Assist in resolving owners’ complaints related to defects and ensure timely, satisfactory outcomes.
