Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret contract documents and terms.
• Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Analyze contract provisions for risks, obligations and rights.
• Safeguard contractual and commercial interests at all times.
• Monitor adherence to contract requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support formulation, preparation and negotiation of variation and progress claims, EOT claims, counterclaims.
• Maintain an effective project variation control system.
• Prepare progress and variation submissions with project teams.
• Troubleshoot contract-related issues including breaches and disputes.
• Provide contractual advice to project managers and site teams.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigations.
• Maintain proper documentation for contracts and claims.
