Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a detail‑oriented FP&A professional in Singapore to support annual budget planning and ongoing financial forecasting. You will prepare timely management reports and perform variance analysis to inform management decisions.

Responsibilities span across departments, reviewing business cases, supporting digital transformation projects, and strengthening financial controls. A degree in accounting/finance and 2–4 years' relevant experience are expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration with accounting major.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, financial accounting, external audit or related finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of data analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• High integrity, responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial planning and analysis activities across departments and business functions.
• Review business cases and investment proposals, including financial risks, opportunities and overall financial impact.
• Provide financial support for digital transformation and other organisational projects.
• Review internal processes, systems, policies and procedures to identify financial and operational risks.
• Recommend and support improvements to strengthen financial controls, governance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives and process improvements.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational and financial objectives.
• Support other financial accounting, planning and reporting activities as required.

Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial accounting, external audit or related finance functions.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of data analytics or visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be advantageous.
• High level of integrity, responsibility and attention to detail.
