Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
• 3 years of experience in financial accounting, operational finance, audit or general ledger accounting.
• Experience in multinational environment preferred.
• Proficiency in IFRS and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily financial operations across assigned processes and entities, including general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate accounting entries for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure IFRS-compliant records.
• Support statutory audits and maintain internal controls and SOX/ICFR compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely financial reporting.

Job Details

• Support daily financial operations across assigned business processes and legal entities, including general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accurate and timely accounting entries for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial records comply with Group accounting policies and IFRS
• Support statutory audits and maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX/ICFR requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transaction recording and timely financial reporting

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related field; professional accounting qualification is an advantage
• 3 years of experience in financial accounting, operational finance, audit or general ledger accounting, preferably in a multinational environment
• Good knowledge of general ledger accounting, month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, financial reporting and IFRS
• Familiarity with internal controls, SOX/ICFR requirements and financial compliance practices is an advantage
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
