Qualifications

• 3+ years in content moderation, trust & safety, or content quality on a tech/social-media platform.
• Experience creating or auditing content guidelines and ground truth datasets.
• Strong editorial judgment with grammar, style, tone, and accuracy.
• Experience analyzing content data to produce actionable insights and reports.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ground Truth & Labeling: build and maintain high-quality data for evaluating content systems.
• Guidelines & Standards: author and maintain clear guidelines for scaling review and labeling.
• Quality Assurance: run QA on labeled content and resolve discrepancies.
• Insights & Reporting: analyze data to extract trends and produce clear reports.
• Editorial Judgment: assess overall content quality and document tough calls.
• Process Development: design scalable workflows and templates for a fast-moving team.
• Applied AI / Prompting: use AI tools and write prompts to scale review tasks.
