Zig by ComfortDelGro invites a Content & Media Intern to join our marketing team in Singapore. You will help plan content calendars, assist with briefs, capture and edit media, and support multiple campaigns across social platforms.

The role offers hands-on experience in social media marketing, content production, and cross-functional collaboration with agencies and creators.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in marketing, communications, media or related field.
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or equivalent.
• Interest in photography, videography and short-form content.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

At Zig by ComfortDelGro, we’re building smarter and more convenient ways for people to move around. We’re looking for a creative, curious and hands-on Content & Media Intern to join our marketing team.
If you’re passionate about social media, content creation and storytelling, this is an opportunity to gain real-world experience creating content, supporting campaigns and bringing creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing content calendars across Zig’s social media platforms
• Support the creation of creative briefs for static, motion and video content
• Capture photo and video content for social media, campaigns, events and on-ground activations
• Edit content using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Assist in writing social media captions, video scripts and marketing copy
• Support the coordination of content production, including shoots, asset management and approvals
• Work with creative, production and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
• Research social media trends, content ideas and best practices to support campaign development
• Assist with content publishing, community engagement and basic performance tracking
• Support campaign reporting through data collection and analytics monitoring
• Provide day-to-day support for marketing activities, including in-app communications, project coordination and administrative tasks
• Take meeting minutes and maintain project trackers to support smooth campaign execution

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Digital Content Creation or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital storytellingFamiliarity with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or equivalent
• Interest in photography, videography and short-form video content
• Good writing and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Experience managing personal content channels, school projects or creator portfolios will be an advantage
