Job summary

GetGo Technologies Pte Ltdgetgo.sg is seeking an Intern, Social Media to support the creation of content and coordination of KOLs. You will help increase brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive customer acquisition in the fast-paced car sharing sector.

You'll craft stories for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, work with the marketing team on campaigns, monitor online communities, and stay ahead of trends with CapCut Pro and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Pursuing diploma/degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram.
• Proficient in CapCut Pro and Premiere Pro.
• Prior experience and knowledge of KOL landscape in Singapore is added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and techniques.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Having a driver's licence is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, shareable content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.

The Intern, Social Media will play a vital role in supporting the development and creation of our social media content, and identifying and coordinating production of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) contents, to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive customer acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of social media marketing within the car sharing industry.

How You Will Make An Impact

• You are a natural storyteller and will create engaging and shareable contents independently for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, with the objectives of driving brand awareness and key brand narratives

• You have a collaborative mindset and partner the wider marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and contests to promote our brand and services, including proactively identifying and ensuring timely delivery of KOL contents that are aligned with the established objectives

• You are community-centric and will actively monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

• You are a budding social media maven and regularly stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platforms, and tools, and initiate recommendations for continuous improvement for our social media efforts

• You appreciate the importance of data and proactively track, analyse, and report on social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and how we can further improve our content mix

• You are a team player and will assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned
