Job summary

Mission Possibly is seeking a talented video editor to work remotely from Singapore hours. You will edit short- and long-form content for Every Season Counts, turning raw trip and outdoor footage into engaging videos that educate, inspire, and sell trips.

You will deliver four finished videos weekly, add subtitles (Mandarin a bonus), and ensure consistent brand visuals across reels, tutorials, and community stories. Strong color grading for outdoor footage is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing for YouTube or social media; portfolio link required.
• Editing software: CapCut is fine.
• Motion graphics: After Effects or equivalent for text, arrows and simple overlays.
• Colour: Grading skills; outdoor or action-sports footage a strong plus.
• Platforms: Hooks for YouTube vs. Reels/TikTok (first 3 seconds, pacing, retention).
• Working style: Reliable on deadlines; comfortable working remotely on Singapore hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit 4 videos per week from raw footage: snowboard/ski tutorials, camp recaps, trip highlights and community stories.
• Cut technique breakdowns in the reference style: slow-mo, freeze frames, on-screen arrows and annotations, step-by-step structure.
• Repurpose each long-form edit into 2–3 short clips for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.
• Add subtitles in English (Mandarin a bonus), titles, lower thirds, music and sound design.
• Color-correct and grade snow and outdoor footage, which is often overexposed or flat.
• Keep each brand's visual identity consistent.
• Manage the footage library: file naming, backups and archiving finished edits.
• Deliver revisions within the agreed turnaround (48 hours).
