Mission Possibly is seeking a remote graphic designer based on Singapore hours to craft marketing and social visuals for adventure brands. You will deliver 6 finished designs per week including Instagram posts, carousels, story sets, posters, and YouTube thumbnails.

Responsibilities include maintaining brand guidelines, creating reusable templates, and producing launch materials while ensuring consistency across formats and partner collateral.

Formación

• 2+ years in social or marketing design; portfolio link required.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma and Canva a plus.

Design marketing and social visuals for Mission Possibly's adventure brands to drive trip sign-ups, community engagement and brand consistency.

Output target: 6 finished designs per week.

Responsibilities

• Design 6 assets per week: Instagram posts and carousels, story sets, trip promo posters, YouTube thumbnails, event or partner collateral.
• Create YouTube thumbnails that pair with the video editor's output.
• Produce trip launch materials: itinerary graphics, pricing and date cards, scholarship announcements.
• Maintain and extend each brand's guidelines; build reusable templates for the team.
• Adapt designs across formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, print).
• Support new brand launches as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in social or marketing design; portfolio link required.
• Design software: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma and Canva a plus (team may edit templates in Canva).
• Visual skills: Strong typography, layout and photo editing, especially outdoor or lifestyle imagery.
• Social design: Understands social formats and what makes a thumbnail get clicked.
• Brand range: Can switch between multiple brand identities without blurring them.
• Working style: Reliable on deadlines; comfortable working remotely on Singapore hours.

Nice to have

• Basic motion design (animated posts or stories).
• Experience with travel, sports or community brands.
