LUM CHANG BRANDSBRIDGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Content Creator to join our retail commercial interior design studio. You will craft visual storytelling across digital platforms and work with the Interior Design team to develop materials for proposals and client presentations.
You will design graphics for social posts, edit photos and videos, manage social channels, and support marketing assets and project visuals. A keen eye for design and strong communication are essential.
We are looking for a creative, organised and versatile Content Creator who is well-versed in graphic design and social media to join our retail commercial interior design studio. This role will drive our brand's visual storytelling across digital platforms, and will also work closely with our Interior Design (ID) team to develop visual materials for design proposals, pitches and client presentations.
Design graphics for social media posts, Stories, campaigns and promotions.
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and case studies showcasing completed retail and commercial projects.
Maintain consistent branding, fonts, colours and visual style across all platforms and materials.
Edit photos and videos of completed projects, site progress and behind-the-scenes content.
Manage and grow the studio's Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Plan, prepare and publish posts, Stories and Reels highlighting projects, design process and company culture.
Write and adapt captions that are accurate, engaging and aligned with brand voice.
Maintain a content calendar and track upcoming and completed content.
Monitor comments and messages, and support engagement with our audience.
Work closely with the Interior Design (ID) team to produce visual materials for design proposals, pitches and client presentations, including mood boards, concept boards and presentation decks.
Assist in formatting and enhancing 3D renders, layout plans and material boards for client-facing documents.
Support the ID team in preparing project case studies and before/after visual comparisons for proposals and marketing use.
Ensure visual consistency between marketing materials and ID proposal documents.
Capture photos and videos during site visits, project milestones and client events.
Organise and archive photos, videos and design files by project.
Identify opportunities for behind-the-scenes and project-progress content.
Keep design files, marketing assets and content calendars organised and up to date.
Assist with other marketing, branding and design-related tasks as required.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar design software.
Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, Stories and Reels, and social media scheduling tools.
Good eye for design, layout and visual presentation; sensitivity to interior design/architectural visuals is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to collaborate closely with designers and incorporate feedback from the ID team.
Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience or interest in interior design, retail design, architecture or the built environment is an advantage.
