Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore is seeking a Contamination Control Specialist to develop and implement strategies that protect cleanroom integrity and product quality. You will investigate contamination events, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPAs, while monitoring air and water quality, particulates levels, and personnel practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years of contamination control expertise, with strong data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years in contamination control, cleanroom ops, or related manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO, EU GMP, and IEST standards.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Minitab/JMP/Tableau/Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement contamination control strategies to maintain cleanroom, process, and equipment integrity.
Investigate contamination events, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPAs.
Monitor critical cleanroom environmental parameters including air quality, water quality, particulates, and personnel practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate contamination control requirements into manufacturing and quality processes.
Conduct cleanroom audits, ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 14644), and deliver contamination control training.
Evaluate and improve contamination mitigation systems including filtration, HVAC, material flow, and regulatory reporting.
