Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, materials, chemical, electrical or electronics engineering.
• Hands-on ability to set up equipment and troubleshoot in a semiconductor cleanroom.
• Uses data-driven approaches—SPC, DOE, FMEA—to guide corrective actions.
• Familiar with AI-enabled tools (Python, Power Automate/Apps, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.
• Growth mindset with continuous learning.
• Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and impact.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and control cleanroom parameters to meet spec limits.
• Lead ESD qualification and certification for FOAK tools and materials.
• Investigate contamination events and implement CAPA actions.
• Develop contamination control and environmental monitoring protocols.
• Collaborate with Operations, Process, Equipment, and Facilities teams.
• Support audits and enhance quality/compliance frameworks.
• Apply AI analytics to automate data collection and improve decisions.
