Job summary

SEAGATE SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contamination Control Engineer to drive prevention and process improvements in our manufacturing environment.

You will develop strategies to protect product quality, lead investigations of contamination events, and monitor critical cleanroom parameters such as air and water quality and particulates. This role requires collaboration with Quality, Production and Process Engineering to ensure compliance with ISO 14644, EU GMP, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of contamination control, cleanroom operations, or related manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of cleanroom classifications, particulate monitoring, and chemical contamination control methods.
• Familiarity with ISO, EU GMP, and IEST standards.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, Tableau, or Excel.
• Experience with advanced contamination monitoring or mitigation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contamination control strategies to maintain cleanroom integrity.
• Investigate contamination events, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA actions.
• Monitor air and water quality, particulates, and personnel practices in cleanrooms.
• Col laborate with Quality, Production and Process Eng to integrate controls and conduct ISO 14644-compliant audits.
• Evaluate filtration, HVAC, material flow, and regulatory reporting for improvement.
